This Policy describes how the psyground.com platform (the “Platform”) processes users’ personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Controller
The data controller is the owner of the Platform. Requests regarding data processing are accepted via the contact address shown on the Platform.
2. What data is processed
- identification and contact data provided on registration and use (name, email, optionally a phone number);
- account and authentication data, including identifiers when signing in via third-party services;
- interface language and technical data required to operate the service;
- for specialists — profile details they publish themselves;
- data related to participation in groups and events (memberships, marks, organizer notes).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to provide and support the service, ensure security, communicate with the user and comply with the law. The bases are performance of the agreement with the user and the consent given at registration.
4. Retention
Data is kept for the lifetime of the account and to the extent necessary for the processing purposes and legal requirements. On account deletion the data is erased, except for information that must be retained by law.
5. Categories of recipients and transfer
To operate the service, the Platform engages service providers by category: hosting and infrastructure, authentication, message and notification delivery, abuse protection, and anonymous analytics. Such providers process data on the Platform’s behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their services. Some providers may be located outside the user’s country, which may involve cross-border data transfer with appropriate safeguards. The Platform does not sell personal data.
6. Cookies
Only strictly necessary (functional) cookies are used: interface language and the auth token. No tracking cookies are used; analytics are anonymous and cookieless.
7. User rights
You may access your data, request its correction and delete your account together with related data — yourself, in the “Profile” section. Other requests may be sent to the controller’s contact address and are handled within the time and scope required by applicable law.
8. Changes
The Platform may amend this Policy. The current version is posted on this page; continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the amended version.
