What is Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychological help where several people (usually 5–12) work with a professional psychologist in a group setting. Sessions take place regularly — once or twice a week, lasting 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Unlike individual therapy, in a group you work not only with the psychologist but also with other participants. This creates a unique space for growth: you see that your experiences are not unique, learn to build relationships, and receive feedback from real people.
Who is Group Therapy For
Group therapy is effective for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life crises.
